Its your call, would it be objectionable to you ? Sounds like you're all set right now as long as you appropriate setting of your existing control is maintained. IMO the installation of a bias pot in the location where F**d*r would have installed it using quality materials and execution is one of the few mods which should be considered reasonable. In the event suitable or desired idle currents/performance is unattainable with the tubes at hand and replacing hard wired resistors is impractical the bias control enables that the amp can be set up to run properly and thus not become a doorstop either thru component failure or the fact that the amp doesnt sound right. It is also now possible to fry it as a consequence of maladjustment. Of course if the tubes are happy and the amp sounds great leave it alone ! It is certainly "worth" more with no mods  
at all, but ultimate worth is a subjective thing...
