kg	Re: DC Filament Question if the ct is grounded, and you're using the same winding for your dc supply, then the dc supply CANNOT be referenced to ground. if you float the dc supply--that is, don't deliberately reference it to ground--then it will end up floating at +3/-3 volts, due to the center tap on the ac winding. this will happen even through the bridge rectifier and filter caps on the dc supply. kg
