Dolan	Re: Modern Marshall opinion request Steve, I agree with alot of the post's here concerning the newer Marshall's as far as the build quality and the possible roadworthiness of these new amp's.But I do not agree with the way some people describe their not sounding like a Marshall.I have and have owned many Marshall's and in my opinion the worse one was the JCM-900 Dual Reverb.But,someone else may love it and as a matter of fact,I sold mine and the guy has had it for a few year's and just love's it!!The bottom line is most of the tone is in your hand's.Sure some amp's are better than other's but if I plugged into your equipment or anyone else's for that matter,I would sound like me.Trust YOUR ear's.I love my Marshall DSL-100 and am gonna purchase another.
