I have been on the other side of the counter from Victor and I got exactly what I asked for. Victor has returned every email, answered every question, and delivered a product as advertised. Bottom line is, he treated me with respect and I did the same. I can see where expectations can fall short when requests are not communicated clearly. Like most problems in the business world and in our personal lives, it is poor communication that creates these false expectations. We all need to listen better and express our requirements better than we do.
