| SteveF | Re: Lexan Hi, Bruce. I checked with our local supplier this morning, 1/16" "canvas" substrate phenolic is $34.55 for a 3' x 4' sheet. It's not as rigid as G-10 but with stand-offs it's fine. This is the stuff I referred to in my post. Laird Plastics quoted a price on 1/16" type CE sheet, "linen" substrate phenolic of $30.42 per sheet. They have a variety of this type of material, such as the paper based types, which are cheaper. They quoted me $53.22 per sheet for 1/16" G-10. My company buys plastics from Laird regularly, but have not bought this material from them. They seem to have as good a price as I can find, usually a lot less than our local supplier, and great selection. Their web site www.lairdplastics.com has a catalog that can be downloaded. The phenolics are in the section called "Mech2". The prices quoted over the phone were slightly better than the catalog prices. I don't know if they discount to us because we are a regular, or what.
