| kyle | so how do you do it? So would you set this up in a preamp sort of like what we talked about for an output section that's cathode biased? The stage would ac couple into the follower with a small neg voltage on the grid leak to get the output of the follower to have 0vdc feeding the next stages grid. Also is grid blocking a problem with the inputs of long tail and cathodyne inverters? I know that changing the 500p in a BkF will get ugly if taken to far. Is this going on in the inverter or is it just the increase in low end feeding the pwr tubes that's causing the farts? |
