also note:  
 
driving the grids with a follower makes the grids a much lower impedance node than they would be with traditional RC coupling and bias resistors. lower impedance means more stability, with almost no chance of thermal or gassy runaway. it also means a much higher immunity from capacitively coupled noise/spurrious signals/oscillations.  
 
no matter what, the bias voltage remains rock steady. all tubes like a low impedance grid circuit--they just can't voice their opinion very well.
