Most guitarists prefer a more unfiltered approach to their amps. Lower filtering allows for more harmonic junk (and goodies to appear within the amp. Although if clean is what you are after, and if you want a better bass response, go for the larger filters. Just to my taste I prefer a lower ammount of filtering. Experiment here, and find what you like! But if you are looking for more of a STOCK sound, dont up the cap values very much. Have Fun! Rob W.
