Schematic for Tube DC-Coupled Cathode Follower

Mitch	Schematic for Tube DC-Coupled Cathode Follower Can anybody point me to a schematic that incorporates a tube DC-coupled cathode follower circuit as a power tube driver? My application would be to drive a single-ended pentode. If no schematic is readily available, would someone be willing to outline its design for us here? I would be using a NOS 6SN7. Is it even worth bothering with for a SE design? Thanks in advance for your help.
