Tube Cathode Follower for Driver in SE Amps

Mitch	Tube Cathode Follower for Driver in SE Amps What is the simplest way to set this up for a single-ended affair? I would like to have the following topology: EF86->triode->CF Driver->KT66 The twin triode would be a 6SL7. Will there be a real advantage to driving a SE output tube with the CF? Would I wire it up just like the CF you would see driving the tone stack in a Marshall? Thanks in advance for your help.
