Re: FX Loop on Soldano SLO
Sorry Joe, your answer is clear but I don't like the original pre-eq layout on FX loop in SLO and clones.
With this amp, when I switch channel-to channel, if I have a very clean tone and very dirt tone dialed then I have too much level variations in FX send (depending only from preamp levels in original design).
A simply and, I hope, respectfully-as-possible-to-original idea:

V3b plate to V3a grid: open
V4b plate to V4a grid: open
V3b plate connected to V4a grid
wipers from volume masters connected to V3a grid (with 1M res to ground?)
V4b plate connected to V5 thru original 0.2 cap

With this mod the FX loop is post tone-master stack. Obviously, the signal from eq to V3a grid is attenuated:
I can boost the gain (suggestions?) for V3a and reduce the level after V4b (idem?) to simulate the original level loss from tone stack.

What you think?
About the same argument (sorry, I know I'm "the-too-much-questions-man"), I read in the forum about a mod for the Lead to Clean channel bleeding. Can I have some information about?
In reality I have a Yamaha T100 I'm modding to match a real SLO, with some improvement if possible. If you have some suggestions on Yamahas...

Many, really, many thanks in advance - end of questions.
