My most recent order included a set of MEDIUM chassis straps, but I received LARGE straps. An email to Steve, and the new ones were in my hands pronto. The kicker? He told me to keep the large ones as I'd likely need them someday!  
 
Sometimes it's truly a pleasure to deal with people.
