lion | Re: one last question NO!!!!! The one and only connection to the chassis is the bolted lug (= the second star point)! The ground of the first filter cap (= the first star point) is connected with the PT CT and the output cathodes - AND connected to the bolted lug with a short thick wire. NOT CONNECTED TO THE CHASSIS BY ITSELF! This is what makes all the difference - at least in my amp. Regards Lion |
