I went through a jag three years ago where I totally cleaned house (everything went) and started over. Got rid of a lot of crap. Bought the single 12 cab for a reference to hunt for amps. It was fairly portable, and I carried it everywhere to compare amp heads. After I bought a head, I would take my guitar, head and cab to another place if I wanted to check out another head. Keeps you grounded, I found. Now I'm ready to buy speakers and I'm agonizing over which Webers, and what configuration. Any suggestions?
