Marshall amp problems

Jim Radmer	Marshall amp problems I bought a 1984 Marshall 5210 50 W transistor combo for home practice use. It has an annoying noise that follows the master volume level up and down. It sounds like waves of water crashing to shore or a thunderstorm far away. Hard to explain, but it's a low frequency persistent noise that kind of "crackles" in the background. I have cleaned the pots and changed almost every electrolyt capacitor with no luck. Now I'm out of ideas. Perhaps the output transotors??
