Fluctuating B+ on V2 due to setting on V1

Bob	Fluctuating B+ on V2 due to setting on V1 Hi   I have built a D-clone, all voltages   are correct but when I turn the pre-vol   above 3 or the first pot in OD above 3   then the voltage on V2 plates goes from   180 to 220 volt, does anyone have a clue.     Thanks in advance     Bob
