mixing Ohms ratings/cabs

| Jim | mixing Ohms ratings/cabs Bass cabs question: If you've got say a 4-10 cab rated at 8 ohms, and 1-18 rated at 4 ohms, which one would you connect first in series? (I'm bi-amping "lows" to those cabs listed.) I know on my particular amp specs that the higher the ohms rating on a given cab, the lower the wattage output on the amp to the given speaker. Any thoughts would be greatly appriciated. |
