Sams, who informed me they no longer own the copyright. They gave me the number of another publishing company who didn't know what I was talking about, so I let it go at that. Sorry! I eventually plan to put up a similar article of my own in the introductory section of my website (if you can't copy 'em, outwrite 'em!). BTW, I am finishing up a major technical article on phase shift oscillator design for tremolo circuits that will appear in the advanced section later this week, or on the weekend. It goes into excruciating detail on the math behind the phase shift oscillator (in a separate appendix, to keep the article readable without putting anyone to sleep!), with lots of pictures and circuit diagrams, and has a step-by-step process for designing both fixed and variable frequency phase shift oscillators, along with the pitfalls to avoid.
