O'Connor books, although more in-depth, are actually too much for someone who doesn't know R from E. I always thought one must start at the bottom to fully and gradually understand what they want to learn. ...and yes, while pittman, weber and torres put their hidden (and not so hidden) messages in their books, the basic info in there is still about right. Buying those books, doesn't mean we'll go and buy boob tubes, or torres kits, or funks amps. Right?
