check out the resources page here at ampage.  
I think two exellent resources (of many)are  
1) All the tube info @ GEO Thanks to RG.  
2) Kevin O'Connors' books from London Power  
 
Skip the Torres's book, for the $40 to $50 bucks it costs you could learn more(acurately too.) at AMPAGE. IMHO
