It's not easy to calculate them because of the way its set up, but I found that adding resistors in parallel with the 220k til you get what you need worked for me. The caps need to have a fairly high voltage rating--- especially since the bias circuit is about the WORST place to have a component failure!! For safety I would go with 100 volts (but I'm prepared to be told that that is overkill).
