FYI, it seems that Kendrick makes one of these. Guitar Player did a review on it several months ago. I'll have to look it up to tell you the name. The amp has two SE class A power amps, two speakers, two OT's, one power supply in one cab. The purpose is that you can mix and match power tubes to get the best responses of each.
