I'm still assembling the power supply, but when I'm not actually wiring things up and soldering I'm mulling over this switching problem. I'm real new to this stuff, and I'm sort of light on theory so I do a lot of trial and error with a heavy emphasis on the error! I'm sure I would have been posting about an annoying pop if you hadn't posted this. Thanks again. SteveR
