It does sound like the filament supply has died, but that may be a symptom and not teh actual problem.  
 
Please read the tube amp debugging FAQs at (is it RG's site?) and the cautions on the AX84 site. These are important because a tube amp can kill you if you let your guard down.  
 
If you know that the bias was off, may I assume you had a voltmeter?  
 
Please be sure you have a good voltmeter (preferably a DVM) rated to 600VDC, some small wire cutters, a soldering iron, and assorted appropriate screwdrivers.  
 
If you have the tools and the safety knowledge, you should be able to isolate the problem using the FAQ. The Fender Field Guide (URL in a previous post) has your schematic. Can someone come up with a layout?
