Dr. Z, thanks for your excellent post. When you say that UL's aren't for every tube type, what tubes do you feel it works well with, and what tubes does it work poorly with? Obviously KT66's seem to work well; what about EL84's or 6V6's? Thanks in advance for all of your advice!
