| anonymous | rant I would not be afraid of the patents. If "they" take you to court and you have prior art they might lose. I sometimes think people get patents just to send out letters saying you owe me money. If I was building amps with a Cathode/fixed bias with a SPDT (a relay is a switch) switch I would not worry. And for the use of a blend control all mixers/panners etc pre 1952 teles (had blend pot to mix pickups etc.) I don't understand how that patent was issused. Was it a DESIGN patent? |
