Shielded Wire Type

Daver	Shielded Wire Type Hey Kids, What are you guys using for shielded wire in your amps? Specifically what type, part# and supplier. Most of the stuff I've seen/used is like coax cable or some varient and is usually pretty thick. The insulation around the center conductor isn't always the most heat resistant either. Also, do you shield all flying leads or just inputs and grid connections? Just want to know what you've found works best. As always you guys are like a personal "old tube guy" in a box. Thanks!
