But here's a quickie: The new EH is pretty darn good tube. Will it replace NOS. In some cases yes. In some cases no. It can't beat the higher priced NOS, such as Philips, Marconi, RCA, Mazda, or Visseaux. But it does sound better that the cheaper NOS, such as the GE. It's also much better that the Chinese and old (shitty) Sovtek. So all-in-all, I'd say it stands "In The Middle" ground, overall, in terms of 6V6s. Mook
