Whit | Re: In need of Leslie Links Hi Erin, I must have been one of those guys a year ago, I always jump on the Hammond/Leslie bandwagon when it surfaces. This year finds me midway thru a part-time project of filling an old, empty 251 cabinet (122 with extra reverb speakers) with some homemade rotors and motors and brackets (oh my!, Wizard of Oz  so... e-mail me directly with any of your day to day questions and I'd be happy to provide any tips and measurements I can come up with.
I recall the web article you mentioned, and when I return to my big bookmark repository at work on Monday, I'll try to remember to send you some clues on that one. BTW, I just finished my lower wooden rotor and it don't look half bad if I do say so. If you're possessed of a router and a table saw, it's a piece of cake... ... Whit |
