peterRe: bias/rectifier observations/questions

It is a semi-buffered loop(!). Reasoning
being as follows: after the tone stack,
there is lots of signal (50 V p-p), so
I can divide that down say 1 Megohm to
20kohm, getting a volt or so at a sufficiently
low impedance to drive pedals etc.

On the return there is a gain stage
because I need a few volts at the PI
input to drive the power amp to full power,
probably more than a pedal can put out.

Feel free to criticize this scheme, because
it is half-built, so i can still make
design changes!

Thanks for your input.
