buzz from my cab; help, please.

JC	buzz from my cab; help, please. I didn't notice it before, but a noise like "brrrzz...brrrzz", can be heard coming out my 4x12 cab when I play certain notes, mainly on the third and sixth strings. Mainly, low notes; more audible if the amp is set to deliver more bass. Actually it is dependant to the bass: no bass, no "brrrzz". And it comes out or at least it becomes evident,when I strike a note. And don't know where to start to isolate it and then eliminate: amp (a valve?)? a speaker? string buzz maybe? electricity mains? fridge interferences? playing to near to the amp?. At the vol levels I'm allowed to play, it's "just" audible, not that much so bad. Strat, Orange, Orange 4x12 cab with '70's celestions. Thank you very much for your comments. JohnC
