Fj	Re: 1 input for 5E3... regarding same subject matter...for kix-and-giggles...can the cathodes (pins 3 & 8) on 1st tube be coupled together with a wire?...what, if anything cool will this change have on my amp?...OR...is this NOT recommended?...Dr.Z amps have the cathodes connected (maybe this is something that pertains to the EF-86 tube)?...
