Fj	Re: vdc reading on 5E3 power tubes off by 9v?... the offset readings stay put at the same tube socket...there is a lot of weird noise when I take the reading on the higher voltage tube (pin # 3...btw...thats where I'm taking reading)...any so-called "matched sets" that I plug in result in same type of 8-9 volt offset!...the amp DOES sound fine...its so quiet that you can't even tell that its on...I didn't use screen resistors (470's?)...the b+ hits the 4.7k then the 22k...thanx kindly for the help guys!
