Now, the reissues are PC board amps yet I hear the tube sockets are chassis mounted. The Vox fans say that you won't be sorry with a reissue AC30 paired with the alnico Vox blue speakers. I've heard the reissue without the Vox "blues" and it sounded good, yet I didn't have a '62 JMI to compare. Again, I have no first hand knowledge; I'm just passing on info.
