I have built 2 bassman clones using old p.a.'s and they turned out great. Just check the tubes in it.if it uses 2 6L6 and 3 preamp you're 75% of the way there.tube rectifier? 90%! just build anew board (layouts are everywhere).Take all the old stuff out (board or point to point)and put the new one in.
