I keep resisting the temptation to blow away the preamp and start over (w/a new OPT that has some meat on it), but I am trying to lean towards letting amps be what they is, so I can't quite fathom it yet - maybe if the next one is totally beat I'll do it. This one had really clean C12Qs in it which sound exceptionally nice driven by my BF Bassman. Funny thing: all 3 have been '65/'66 specimens. Makes me wonder if their wasn't a ton of them sold in this area at that time. Neat thing on this one was the range of trem speed - way fast! Pretty fun - some neat quasi-flange sounds.
