Maybe better.....Bruce , I DID use a "CLARK" tweedy OT (measured @ 7/8" wide at laminations)...lots of BRITE, RAW crunch + the VOL. = cool...BUT fwiw...my 2nd homebrew 5E3 has a OT I removed from an old MOTOROLA record-player!...laminated iron measures 1 1/8" wide!...this sucker (OT) pumps the sh%t!!!
