Yes, I think I agree with Lee this time.  
 
I am using a 280v@120ma PT in my Soulkicker (tweed Deluxe on steroids) with a 5AR4 or solid state plug for kick in the pants.  
 
I'm also using a 330ohm/100uF cathode RC combo.  
 
I have no trouble getting close to 18 dirty tweed watts output into a 7K OT.
