You'll need around 80-100ma from the HT winding, about 2.5 to 3A from the 6.3v filament winding, and either a 2A or 3A 5v winding depending on what tube rectifier you use.  
 
 
 
I think all of the 300-0-300 Hammonds are up to the task.
