thanks for the input but wait there's more... the amp is on the way and the previous owner discovered that the speaker isn't actually blown. I found out that it was only loose and that after tightening the nuts down it now sounds fine. However, he's still giving me a "conditional" refund in case it's not working right after I receive it. Also, I received a recommendation for a NOS Jensen P12P which I had never heard of before but was told that it's an upgrade to what Fender use to use in the DR.         msg text:         " Never heard of a P12P, just P12R, Q, N, etc. We're the P12P's ever used in     production Fenders?"         "No the P12P     never came in these amps. They were to costly and fender was looking to save     costs. They are the premium speakers."         Anyway here's a link to some pics of the amp that I'm buying which show the speaker.
