Building high gain preamp...

David Manson | Building high gain preamp... I'm attempting to build a high gain preamp from scratch and was hoping for some helpful tips -- I'm trying to model it after soldano's preamps because I'm trying attain a very smooth sweet high gain tone (any other preamp schems I might look at?).. -- I have a few of his schems and was wondering if anyone has any experience with building an amp with this type of sound.... thanks.. |
