Musicman HD 130 problems

SteveR	Musicman HD 130 problems I've got a Musicman HD 130 (chassis 2275-130) that's been sitting unused in my garage for about five years. I fired it up the other day and kept getting really nasty snaps crackles and pops EVEN WHEN ON STANDBY. They seemed to increase as the bass player got louder, so I imagine it's probably something sensitive to vibration. I opened it up and couldn't really see any corrosion or obviously damaged components. So I'm thinking caps probably. But would I get garbage from a bad cap when the amp was on Standby? That seems weird. I got the schem from the Ernie Ball site since I have the model with a 12ax7 driver (rather than the opamp model in the Pittman book). Does anyone have any suggestions?
