What is this weird 25+25 MF component in there?  
 
 
 
Is it really a dual 25uF 25 WVDC electro cap?  
 
 
 
never seen those before.  
 
 
 
I assume I can replace it with 2 25uF caps.  
 
 
 
There are also 2 .25uF 400 volt electros in there.
