You aren't going to like this but, take it to a real metal shop that bends meatal but can build boxes. 1/8" is very hard to bend and extremely hard to bend without stress fractures. Aother option is to cut the sheet into 5 or so pieces, in such a manner that you can have the corners tack, spot or resistance welded. 1/8' will be a snap to weld. I use .080" aluminum for my chassis with all welded corners, but, before welding, I've spotted stress fractures even in .100" stuff. Bruce
