The only problem I found with a bigger pot is it's much harder to dial in(sweet spot is really small). I currently running a 150K resistor and a 25K pot--pot too small IMHO. A 50K and a 120K resistor would probably be perfect for the amp I have setup w/.002 cap. Maybe a 100K pot would work well also, finding a real clone reacts differently than the one I built in the bassman's bass channel. That reacted dramatically to the pot, wheras the "Redeye Express" doesn't have the definate hardstops to good tone.
