A Princeton cabinet is not 11.5" wide so you should have no trouble getting three equal width pieces ripped out of a 1x12" to make up the bottom and two sides.
Flip the middle one up-side-down to reduce the cupping and glue them back together with yellow carpenters glue and use plenty of pipe clamps.

You can also try cutting the four pieces a little over size and then throwing a damp rag on the inside of the convex cup area to see if you get that side of the board to loosen up a little.
When it relaxes cut the stuff to the right size and get it put together asap.

The real secret is to stop using #3 or #2 common graded construction lumber.
NEVER use common pine for anything like this unless you like the brain damage.
Always use furniuture grade pine which is kiln dried to a much lower moisture content and is a superior grade in terms of defects.
Try poplar next time.
