How do you determine current requirements for the power transformer?

How do you determine current requirements for the power transformer? In the planning stages of building an amp, how do y'all determine the amount of current that a set of tubes will draw from the power transformer? A Fender Champ, for instance, with a 5Y3, 12AX7 and a 6V6?     Here’s what I came up with:     5 Volt tap:   5Y3 -- 2 amps     6.3 Volt tap:   12AX7 -- 0.3 amps   6V6 -- 0.45 amps     325 Volt (or other high voltage) tap:   (here’s where I need help)   6V6 -- 45 mA ?   12AX7 -- 1.2 mA ?   5Y3 -- ???     I could also use this info for an EL84. And, does it get more complex for push-pull amps, or is it just addition?     Thanks – DanF
