That's just not the way I prefer to do things in my shop. I know Torres Engineering says it's o.k. to do that but I prefer that components & terminal strips be securely held in place by some means other than floating component leads. I don't like the way Marshall hangs grid resistors off the power tube sockets either. I can't believe they get away with this as one broken grid resistor lead would take the power tubes with it. If you don't glue it, screw it, or solder it, it ain't gonna stay put.
