Daver	Re: Amp Faceplates I used black pearl pickguard material for one of my amps. I used rub on lettering and a little clear coat. Looks cool. The pots fit fine, although there wasn't alot of thread exposed. I would think you could also get someone to engrave down to the white layer. Kind of like Matchless or Hiwatt. Now, where's that blue pearl stock.........   Daver
