Just going from memory, I should think an LM386 (ECG823) should work to drive your pan - it's an 8-pin DIP power op-amp that puts out about 1 watt or so (approximately the proper drive level for your reverb tank); it takes +15 volts or less to power it.  
Your tank is 3-spring, 8 ohm input, 2250 ohm output, medium delay, input insulated/output grounded, no spring lock, horizontal open-side-down mounting. Maybe you knew all this info already.
